· Rescue animals must arrive at the park between 7am-8:30am on event dates

· No fundraising or solicitation activities will be conducted at adoption booths

· Donation banks are allowed, but no soliciting for donations outside of your rescue groups adoption area - a violation of this policy will result in expulsion from the event

· A booth space will be provided for sales and fundraising at the same rates as the vendors below. We do not want to compete with vendors who sponsor the event.

· The Humane Society reserves the right to ask any group or vendor to leave the event for disruptive or dangerous activities or for violation of this participation agreement

 $100.00 for 2 days - One 10’ x 10’ space provided with overnight security.

‘Pet Expo’ in the Memo Line

Please bring tables, chairs or any other equipment you require.

Regular 110 electrical service is available upon request.

Set-Up will be Friday 3pm – 8pm or Saturday 6:00am - 8:00am
The vendor gate will close promptly at 8:00am
Tear-down will be Sunday, 5pm - 7pm
